You're leaving out one of the most important things for BB defense, which is the size of the open you're facing. There's a very big difference between what you should defend vs. a 2x raise compared to a 3x raise. Even for a 3x raise that range is too tight though.
I am afraid that by having QTs, I will win some small pots and lose big pots.
How to expand the scope. Go for low cards like 54s, 86s, or expand with suited brodways?
