Not to be rude but the OP is just way too unspecific and so effortlessly made that it's hard to expect solid advice.

There are very many adjustments needed when switching from a typical 1/2 live game to say 100NL.

I could generically answer that you will be:
-playing against ranges that are way off (much more solid) then what you are used to, so that's what you want to look out for.
-likely to flat way too much.
-likely not aggressive enough post-flop. (defending your big blind and not nearly x/r as much as you should).

I'd say
1) get a HUD if you don't already use one and analyze not only your play but study how the population plays.
2) Get a membership on Upswing or RIO (I think Upswing is quite good for novices)
3) Move down to NL5 or NL10 and just learn in the tradional way, through trial and error.
