From cash games to MTTs From cash games to MTTs

I'm looking to take some time away from cash games and give MTTs a chance. I've had great success in my first couple of MTTs and I would like to make a serious run at grinding up a bankroll with them. Besides, I find that I generally get more enjoyment out of playing MTTs.

What is the first resource you would recommend to a cash game player looking to turn into an MTT grinder? Is there some book out there that lays out a solid ABC MTT strategy? A video series? The average field size is between 150 and 800, usually somewhere right in the middle of that.

Having read the Harrington on Hold'em series I have a feeling this book is going to be exactly what you're looking for.
