basically some scammers come in and post alot of posts in a few days to up their post count to help with their scam - ie so they dont have 1 post in transfer thread.

mostly they come in and post in every thread in first page with dumb nc answers like i agree, lol etc
if they were smart they would just go to bbv and they wouldnt be noticed because thats all you get there

i think that is part of their plan, people see a low post count and think well its only $20.... who would scam for that, and take a risk on it.

the guy could just be a degen gambler looking for a small fix so he can "run it up", or he could be doing it a few times a month
