I won a free roll on PokerStars and since then I have made it to a balling 40 dollars. What do people suggest I play?

I take it you play NL. The only sensible way to build would be 2NL, or $1 SnG's.

Yup, either play 2NL or the lowest SNGs you can find. I would recommend the $0.25 45 person and 90 person SNGs. They are really soft.
