yeah, nothing you can do about that. you're committed there and if he has a set you just gotta pay him off. over the long run you make money when he takes that line.

I think I should have shoved over BB all in. Then folded to BTNs shove. Realistically one of them should have TPTK beat (looking at you BTN) since there are no draws, but I could just be results oriented.... This was in my session where I was tired and annoyed at previous sessions and already had a defeatist attitude going in, great time to be playing poker.
hmm, that's a tough spot. but... TPTK in a multiway pot is not strong enough to stack off with against solid regs. BTN and BB flat called preflop, which most of the time means they've got drawing hands (pocket pairs and suited connectors). BB donk-bet into you for 1/2 pot which is pretty weak, so i think your 3-bet there is ok. you have to consider what BTN is overcalling with though-- there's been a raise and a reraise, and he cold called for >10% of his stack. if he's a solid reg, then he's calling there because he has TPTK beat (the board is dry, so he can't still be on a draw). if BB was the only one in the pot i would have snap called his shove, but with BTN behind you i think i would have folded to BB's raise since BTN is not folding no matter what and you're probably way behind him.
hm, i think one of the problems here is that you didn't value bet your hand hard enough. the flop has both flush and straight draw possibilities, so you want to get as much money into the pot before any scare cards come out (cards that will slow you down, OR cards that will make your opponent less likely to continue, such as a third heart if the villain has AK or a straight draw). also, a lot of worse aces are coming along which you can get value out of. i'd bet at least 3/4 of the pot on the flop and turn so that you'll have gotten much more of your money in ahead for all the times when the villain is coming along with a straight or flush draw and hits on the river. say instead you bet:
$0.65 bet on flop --> $2.15 pot going into turn
$1.75 bet on turn --> $5.65 pot going into river
$3.00 bet on river, villain shoves all-in ($6.25), you call $3.25
then you're getting 4.6:1 odds to call ($3.25 into a $14.90 pot), whereas as played you're only getting 3.1:1 odds ($4.45 into a $13.70 pot).
anyway, looks like you ran into a bunch of coolers that session. that just means you're due for a heater soon...
