i think i'll stay afloat. it's not so much running bad, i just can't get settled back in to the grind yet after the holidays and just keep arsing around. playing too many tables, switching games etc etc.

a breaks not going to help i don't think, because i usually break when i'm annoyed for a few days running. i just need to find my srspokahbznzz mood again.

Nicely done.just before the new year lost alot of money in hold em and in one tilty session but now iv broken even again.my bankroll is up a good bit because of the bonus and rakeback and im actually feeling good about poker after 4 straight days of just playing with complete discipline.Went on tilt after i came back from a live tourny after taking a bad beat.went online and just wudnt believe anyone when the raised my contuation bets etc.

lost alot of buyings acting like that and even though i knew that thats not the weay to play 2nl i just wasnt in the mood for poker anymore.started to play my usually game again and bankroll looking healthy.Feels good that even though im breaking even at the minute im losing alot of money to rake and when i get that back it boosts my roll.So im actually a slight winning players minus rake and if i play the way i have over the last 5k of hands i should be a huge winner at 2nl before i move to 5nl

We have all been told or read that we should read the stickies for our appropriate game.. and I absolutely believe you should... but what I think people miss out on is reading stickies from other sub-forums. Just because you play 6max micro nlhe, doesn't mean you can't, or shouldn't check out the small stakes 6max nlhe forum stickies.. or the micro full ring nlhe stickies... or even check out the lhe forums... there can certainly be some gems to be found to help your game in other forums.

Since some of you guys seem to be stuck in downswings etc.. here is a nice thread I found about tilting and ways to fight it... it contains links to two other threads that are about downswings... I found this link in the micro full ring stickies:

i am spewing my bankroll at a rate of knots, now down to $150. i expect it to stay there for the next 2 days while i do not play.

your trying way to hard, just play cash games, open 4 tables, think about each hand and have fun with it. Fun? Yes have fun, somebody 2 outs you laugh at them, call them a donk and move on, don't put undue stress on yourself.

$20 this morning, cant re-deposit for a few days until money is transfered to my card.
So i used my FPP to enter the 280's and im now on $90.

Which still compared to my old roll is small but its a hell of a lot better than $20 and is a good starting step to get my roll back to atleast being a $10 reg again.
