What do you guy this with of these 3 options is best investment for improving at 6max nl
-GTO+ solver
-RIO essential membership
-RIO cures from the round up

I didint play for long time but when corona started i get back into poker first nl2 zoom then nl5 zoom, last 30 days i played NL10 reg tables. If you have any good advice or recommendations how to handle tilt problems pleas mention that too.

Wont be many members who have used all 3. Without having used a solver or RIO Id be inclined to go with the RIO membership first as it's gona cover a lot more facets.

if you tilt you have no chance of ever having any money. so get that in your head.

then formulate a way to control it. take a walk before it starts after you learn just what sets it off.
learn or try to be detached from winning and losing. look at it like just another hand. and understand that it is and the long run is all that counts.

remember ten minutes of tilting can destroy a whole days worth of work.

good luck with it.

I've used the first two and used to produce training content with Pete.

Start with RIO essential membership or FTGU. Once you've identified that you're not learning much any more, move to either an elite membership or solvers. Make sure you watch a course on using a solver when you first get one.

Also agree with Ray, tilt control is really important, even if your form of tilt is autopiloting.

Come on that's an exaggeration.
It depends on how often and how bad you tilt. :]

Try reading "The Mental Game of Poker" to get a handle on your tilt. You can find a pdf through google.

There's no escaping tilt at the microstakes. You will see things that will make you question other player's mind going into a hand.

I don't necessarily agree that tilt is essentially inescapable or uncontrollable, Sil3,

imho If a player plays OVER-rolled (much more bankroll than "required" for a certain stake/level.....3x?) the "sting" of a bad beat is greatly reduced.

Thanks for comments.
I start reading MGoP meditation and reading some stoic books. I think that philosophy is very applicable in poker.
