Assuming by "microstakes" you mean 2NL or 5NL, a good rule of thumb is "bet bigger against stronger ranges when you have a strong hand". Trying to simplify it further than that is counterproductive (though I do tend to default to a 2/3 size when I know I should bet, but can't work out what size, you're pissing away money by not thinking a lot about sizing, especially on rivers).
