FWIW, my POO-BAH post is linked in the OP here. I just read it. Some of it is still pretty decent advice.

However, 2 main things I want to disagree with myself about (not that other stuff I said then isn't wrong now):

1. People defend vs. 3bets much more liberally nowadays. You need to be aware of that. In fact, people actually defend more liberally vs. 4bets.

2. In many situations I am now not only fine with calling a raise OOP with AQ or AJ, but I think it is best and I do it regularly. I'll still 3bet them vs. people who will call wide enough that I can do so for value.

What is a good rule of thumb when value betting on the flop/turn/river? Assume you have a monster hand and there are no draws you're scared of so you are just betting for value, not protection.

I usually do something like 1/2 pot on the flop, 2/3-3/4 on the turn and river, but I'm wondering if I should size up and maybe do full pot or even overbet on the river (this is microstakes if that matters).

Assuming by "microstakes" you mean 2NL or 5NL, a good rule of thumb is "bet bigger against stronger ranges when you have a strong hand". Trying to simplify it further than that is counterproductive (though I do tend to default to a 2/3 size when I know I should bet, but can't work out what size, you're pissing away money by not thinking a lot about sizing, especially on rivers).
