Oh yeah, do you guys use a vent or something and do sweat sessions, it could be helpful if you do group sweats. I have some servers that would be happy to let other poker players drop by.

unfortunately I don't have the time to join, but this may help some of you. There is a great program out called Trillian. It allows you to communicate with people on other IM platforms. Just Google it to find out more or download it.

So far it's consisted of an awesome play money match up, and a few random conversations, but nothing of substance. I'm sure we'll get there, though; poker players can be a scatterbrained bunch, but we eventually get to the subject at hand.

Anyone who wants on the official AIM list should PM me their AIM name, NOT an email. You send me an email and I'm going to assume the first part of it before the '@' is the sn, and I'm totally not a moron if it's not and it's wrong (but I'm a genius if it's right).

I'll send out another complete updated list later tonight, I think.

I haven't got AIM, pardon my ignorance but can I use skype instead?

If not I'll sign up tonight when I get home.

There are a few of us with skype, but the vast majority of us have AIM. That's what we've been talking on.

When you do get an AIM account, pm me the sn and I'll add you to the list.

great idea but isn't this what 2p2 is all about?

It sounds like you're looking for a more intimate setting like a home game where you play with a bunch of guys/gals and then go out to eat and discuss strategy. So it's like you'd find some people here and then go play with them online at the same table ... Like an online home game? Sounds like a great idea - if this is what you're thinking I'm in ... !

Also - I would suggest checking out the book study groups in the books forum. I'm thinking of starting a SSH study group - but this is more for Limit HE play if you're into that...

Let me know what you end up doing and GL

My only conversation so far consisted of a sales pitch to a poker site rakeback deal

Yeah, there's one member who seems quite keen on doing that. The rest of us are a little more... uh... intelligent.

Well hopefully I can have a meaningful conversation soon.

Newly updated list sent with AIM names. A reminder: send me your AIM names in a PM and I'll add you to the list. I'm NOT adding MSN names, and if you only have MSN you should probably just make an AIM; it's where the cool people are.

How are u guys doing this? Over Teamviewer and Mic? Becaause that would be the most efficient way imo.

I don't really know, I'm kind of new to this thing. I would imagine we would just chat/exchange hh's and stuff over IM.

Is the affiliate guy a part of your group, or just slipped through the cracks?

He may or may not be one of the first posters and/or OP...

He's the OP. The rest of the group is not affiliated.

Yeah, just so you know, I'd be happy to help in any way with reviewing hands and sessions.

Hmm, I've heard of this idea before somewhere, but if we can set up a 6max session 2-4 tabling where we see all 6 player's holecards, and comment on it afterwards, it could be interesting.

havent even noticed, that guy never spoke or answered when i said hello , since ive added everyone ive talked to a few of the people and they are very friendly just had some general pokertalk. At some point doing a sweatsession would be pretty cool, ive got teamviewer also installed.

LOL guys, see you've been talking about my back, it's okey. I setup this circle for two reasons, first is to have someon to discuss poker with, not necesarilly at the same stakes as I play but just generally. Second reason is that I hope talking to people about poker would somehow improve my game. And about my affiliating, to be honest it wouldnt be bad for business if could hook some of the people in this circle up with some good offers, but it is not and was not at all my intentions of this circle if you don't even want me to mention any offers or stuff, just tell me so. okey?
