My girlfriend gives me grief about winning 37 cents at a time, I am hoping to move up to the 83 cent pots! Should I build my roll up to $200 before moving up? As you can tell I want to, but want to move in a disciplined fashion.
Thanks for any advice!
You are missing some important information. The number of hands it took for you to win $83 needs to be determined. Winning $83 in 50k hands is very much different than winning $83 in 20k hands. Without this information, you may be overstating or understating your bankroll requirements.
As 51outs pointed out, it may be possible to have 15 buy-ins (1500bb) since there is no pressing need to withdraw money and high win-rates are certainly attainable.
