I would like to learn AoF.
I have found some ranges on the internet.

I have played 13k hand on the 5/10 cent limit, with a starting bank of 220$ but I have stopped at 100$. Lost the 120 + fish bufet + the many small prizes from the table.
I think that this 200 BI downswing is normal there, but I thought I ask.
Please tell me if these ranges are for any good !?
Is there any site that teaches AoF? I haven't found one!
Or is there somebody who would be so kind and talk with me a little bit about AoF ?
