Mainly on PDC, i also have funds in PP,laddys and betfair etc etc.

I mainly play mtt's. I go to the Maybury casino quite alot as its just down the road from me, very handy indeed an since the circus opened up ive been finding these games a lot softer. Started playing in a poker league the final is next month at the maybury the prize is 2 tickets to the champions league final i think there is a buy in on the day.

What's PDC? I've been to Circus Casino, not Maybury though. Circus tournaments are certainly fully of donkeys.

What buy-ins are the MTTs you play in. Do you play any cash games?

Pdc is the old poker.com on the merge network. I generally play guaranteed tournys with the buy ins around 10-20 dolla. Tonight im playing in the 50k with a buy in of $109 although im using a coupon i won at a earlier date. Overlay is huge i reckon there will be about 250 peeps max so do the sums .
I very rarely play cash games, when i do i tend to play micro stakes sh 50nl.
Play ring when im chasing comp points to clear bonus's etc.

Were aboot in town do you stay ??? Any juicy live games on the go ???

I've always been tempted to try out the Circus Casino. Do they run cash tables, or just tourney's?

What's the standard like? I know a lot of people who go there after a night out, hammered, and play poker. Easy money?

Im a living in Dundee at the moment but would be up for a game in Edinburgh. Never heard of Circus Casino- is it worth the trip down?

The casino mainly runs cash games. Sometimes people set up their own games there though. I assume they pay an hourly rake to the casino.

The tournaments have a shocking standard; full of complete donks. There are also plenty of rude people unfortunately.

I usually play low midstakes- usually 2/4 NLH online. Dont play live much as the games in Dundee are just crap. Local casino is full on angry inbreds. There is a new G casino being built so hopefully that might have some decent games going on. The Gala used to have a cash game but the rake was awful, the blinds were £1/£1 and the banter was non-existant.

Im from Peebles just half and hour south of Edinburgh. We have a pretty good setup down here on a monday. The lad who runs the nuts pkr league has the keys for a local boozer so we basically have the place to ourselves from 7pm till whenever .. usually have a juicy 50nl game running till 2am

would be intrested in any home games being run in the edinburgh area from 50 to 200nl

im from Glasgow. ive been trying to look for a friendly but decent live cash game. i play 25NL online, but would buy in for 50NL or 100NL live if someone were to set up a game. what stakes do they play at the live cash games at the casino mentioned in edinburgh?

Dont live in Edinburgh(i`m from europe), but one time have played in Gala Casino(1-5 South Maybury, Edinburgh, EH12 8NE) while traveling, very low level players, there was a tournament 30+3 gbp, something about 30-40 players, finished 4th - 120 gbp, i was wondering that they dont have dealers, players are dealers, only on final table there was a casino dealer. Also tryed cash 1/2 gbp - weak players, sit down there with 200 gbp and when poker room was closing (04:00) got something about 800-900gbp in my stack.

Saw only 4-5 good players what dont talk ****, but play the game and play it good.
I was in edinburgh for 2 weeks, very beautiful city. In next months i thinking about visiting Edinburgh and play more poker.

Never stay in Hilton Grosvenoor - totaly crap with service - 0. Stayd there one night - worst night in my life.

I'm playing 2 and 4 doller DONs at the moment trying to build a bankroll. I started with 20 quid and have got it up to a whopping 50. I've had a couple of stabs at the micro cash games but I've lost money there going too far with marginal hands.
