Which is easier

A 6max player winning at HU or the other way around, not bumhunting.

Also which of the two players would be more skilled?

HU players will be more skilled than 6max, and HU players would do better at 6max than vice versa just because their skills translate better.

it is also about your persona as some play better against more players than others.

6max is easier on a whole. obviously you can get someone really bad on heads up but it just doesn't happen as frequently as it used to.
