UTG raises 2.2bb
Hero UTG+1 3bet to 11bb
all fold, UTG 4bet to 25bb.
I call.
Flop is JJc7.
UTG minbets 10bb.
Call.
Turn is 2c.
UTG bets 25bb with 40bb behind.
I usually see player 4betting w/ AK using bigger bet sizes postflop so I decided to fold turn (maybe burnt from a previous KK VS AA tonight?). Should I have just called to the river here?
4bets ranges seems tight at this game and I see very few of them, so I am thinking QQ, AA, AKs, AQs and the other pair of KK. Seems like there is plenty in this range to be calling with.

There's a lot of confusion here, in terms of the reply above hero cannot checkraise at any point, villain being 10bb is not a minbet, I do not know what cards we hold. If you say 4b ranges are tight then your decision should be made pre at the point where villain has got a quarter of his stack in already and any further action is saying for all intents and purposes you want to play for stacks.

rereading the post, I think OP has KK.
If so, shove over the preflop 4 bet.
As played shove the turn. Flatting the 4! pre suggests you don't have KK+ so villain is continuing to bet QQ there.

I agree with the last comment that would be the EV move
