Yes it's a straight (called the wheel) but the second strongest straight is 9-T-J-Q-K.

yes, A2345 is a straight....this is known as the "wheel" in hi/low games because it can be used as the nut low and a straight for high....but in regular "high only" games, this is the lowest straight possible so A2345<23456
