Hey folks, I didn’t know which forum section to post this subject. I have been practicing a certain strategy for CRAPS with play money on Bovada and SlotsLV. I am ready to bring it to the real money level now. But reading a bunch of reviews online on not paying out winnings to their customers. And I see a lot of gambling websites with fake reviews that just look sketchy.

I need real reviews from real people (gamblers) about their experiences with software, payouts etc. from any legit US based online casino.

It has to be USA based because IF I do win, i want to only pay US taxes only, no over sea taxes (I want to do this legit, don’t need the IRS breathing down my and going to jail.)

I only use an iPad right now, so the casino must support that. Any professional info would be great.

Thanks.

I'm not sure if there are any online casinos that are actually based in the US, but I don't know why that matters. The questions I have for you are 1) why would you think you would ever have to pay income tax to another country; and 2) why would you think you have suddenly come up with a system that can take a -EV game like craps and make it into a winner? If you have such a system, you might as well just go to any casino in the US and print money.

Well, 1. if you don’t need to pay taxes to another country then great. 2. I don’t need to be mocked about my system. Just would like some info on legit US online casinos and their experiences and opinions. That’s it. Thank you

New Jersey currently has 23 online casino sites.

More sites are expected with the upcoming opening of the HARD ROCK and OCEAN RESORT casinos.

Hey Frankie,

I have been playing over some online casinos sites that i would recommed you if you are interested i found it over Google for best deals. It's like playing in Las Vegas from home, they have everything from slot machines to blackjack and also you can play from mobile phone. They have reviews of casinos and of course best deals/bonuses and of course they all have licence. I got few insane bonuses and tax isn't making any problem for me because all is legal here.

Bovada actually has a great reputation for payouts and is a safe, reliable site for US players. They have great bonuses, good customer service and fast and reliable payouts. I would be curious where you found these negative reviews.

The only negative experiences I've seen with regards to payouts are that some banks do not want to accept the check. I haven't heard of Bovada themselves refusing or stalling payouts. I would recommend using bitcoin as the cashout is faster and you don't have to worry about issues cashing the check at your bank.

Regarding the New Jersey sites, I think that if you live in New Jersey you are not allowed to play on Bovada, and if you are outside of New Jersey you are not allowed to play on NJ sites. The same goes for other states with legal, locally based online gambling sites, AFAIK.

Also, craps is mathematically proven to be unbeatable by any betting systems. Don't fool yourself into thinking you have a winning system when it is already known that no such system can exist.

And it's unclear how legit they are if you're a winner.

How so? Do you have links to threads of people that have had problems? I probably won't play there in the future, but I've never had problems withdrawing there before. I've withdrawn over $12,000 USD in bitcoin from bovada, as well as a paper check and a transfer to ignition when bovada stopped offering poker, all without issue and as a net winner of about $6,000.
