You already know Harrahs right? I mean you have already played there. May stop by there anyway to see about nightly tournaments. So will give an update within a week.

I think that's the only Caesar's property i know. Unless Ramada or Golden Nugget..

I do think that Vpfree2 is usefull as far as the mods comments on machines taken out or brought into the casino. They give the date and location on the changes. Just a little off on denominaton (lower stakes) in Laughlin.

The Station casinos seem great for Vegas! Anybody play there? I played at Santa Fe one time and it was alright. Movie theatre n bowling too... But have not played at Main Street or Fiesta or any others

Harrahs in Laughlin? I played craps there before... never VP.

I have only played VP in California, Las VEgas and Florida.

I never made it out of the door at Caesars to play anywhere else... SO I played the crappy returns at Caesars (but have hit 3 royals there weeeeeeee). My next trip to Vegas I plan to hit Rio which has some better pay tables...

I always get promo's to Laughlin, but never ventured out there, I would hate to go there if they don't have at least 8/5 Bonus, since I can play that all day at Rincon...

How are you sure the site is not accurate if you have never played here? Not trying to get into it just curious.

Also I thought they only had table games in Cali, do they have VP too? How are the pay tables?

They are not accurate for Caesars Palace, so I assume elsewhere...

Full pay JoB at .25 .50 1 2 5 levels
Full pay Bonus at same
9/6 double double
9/5 double double progressives

I dont go to vegas as much anymore... Those pay tables at rincon and rincons cash back (delayed) and other promos, its +ev to play there.

So I drove to Utah of all places on Wednesday... On the last exit on the 15 before Arizona, I got off to take a nap (up for 2 days ugh...) anyway...

I went into the "Smiths" drug store, and they had a little VP area.

They had a $1 progressive few machines... The progressive was on Deuces, Double Bonus, and another game I dont recall...

The $1 progressive was at $6450!!!!

I wanted to play it, but had another 7 hour drive ahead of me and had to hit the road...

Thinking of stopping on the way back...

I was too cracked out of my mind to pay attention to the pay table on the games, Ill give a look on the way back if I can remember / find the exit.

$6450 isn't particularly unusual for a $1 progressive. That only adds a bit over 1% to most games. I'd be surprised if the base paytable wasn't in the 97% or worse range.

The $1 progressives I am used to seeing (Mainly Harrah's Rincon) rarely gets above $4800 before it is hit on average...

I have seen it just over $5K before, a friend of mine claims to have seen it near $6K

(I hit it at about $4850 once).

I have seen the $5 progressive at Rincon at over $70K before...

A $6450 royal would make a full pay machine become higher than a 100% return...but that's about it. A 9/7/5 DB machine would return 100.40% with perfect play, but a 9/6/5 machine would only return 99.16%. And I would recommend quickly visiting vpgenius.com to crunch up a strategy guide to note the strategy changes if you would play it.

About 7 years ago there was a bank of 6 DDB 9/5 $1 machines at Circus Circus Reno that i hit for a 10,800$ royal progressive. when they came to pay me out, they informed me they had a promotion they just started where the casino paid an extra 10% to any VP progressive - so i got paid out about 12,000$ for a single 5-coin $1 royal.

KingMedicine - That is WICKED!

Nice hit!!!

My largest Progressive percentage hit was a 4awak on a $0.25 machine for over $1K

South Point is having 2x points VP on Labor Day. I think this is worth $58/hour (including cashback and mailers) if I play the nickel 50-play NSUD.

It may be worth $109/hour playing dollar 5-play Super Double Bonus but the variance is so high and my bankroll so low that I can't be bothered with it. Unlimited bankroll anybody?

FYI, the standard deviation for 50-play deuces is about $235/100 deals vs. $838/100 deals for the 5-play SDB. Looks like anything < a $10k roll has a decent chance of going bust for the latter game over a crappy, lengthy session.

I'll just be happy that I will actually be in Vegas for Labor Day. First time in 10 years!

I am so jealous. Last night I had 4 to a royal 3 times and bricked everyone of them. 2 of them I was looking for the ace so a nine would have been fine too and each time I got a 4 or 5.

^^^siiick

Just put drawing a royal holding 1 high card into perspective. Pretty sick odds, 1 in 178,365. Even during a "cycle" of 178,365 high cards you'll brick 36.8% of the time. But you'll get at least one only 63.2% of the time.

I don't have a photo, but my friend got one by not holding anything once...

He was also DEALT one on a 50 play machine... pretty sick.. he has been dealt 3 that I am aware of actually...

On VPfree someone just posted a dealt royal on a 5 play 9/6 JoB $5 machine. $100k.

Dammit, I want to luckbox something big!

I'd love a dealt royal... I've had Dealt AAAA2 a few times, but no royal...

I haven't been able to go out any play VP much lately... Hopefully sooooooon!
