That would only be true if there were some way of knowing the exact nanosecond to click, and were actually able to do it. It is only theoretically possible to click at the right time if you somehow knew what that right time is, and there isn't any right time. Every single second you spend looking at the screen before clicking a button will result in something different in the deal.
To me, that doesn't imply that I could somehow figure out the "right" time to submit a bet. Instead it implies the opposite. Since the deal is based on a continually changing seed to a random number generator, there is no way that you could ever predict things one way or the other.
