The wizard of odds website has a good section on the odds of every craps bet, and most are losers. I generally just post the pass and come bets, place odds on those, get up on a few numbers and see what happens. If the shooter is hot I'll sometimes toss a nickel on some of the hard ways, but usually just try to limit my exposure to the pass and come, the closest you're going to get to true odds on that game.
