I think all slots do that... Even in B&M casinos... These multi-line slots where you bet $2 on multiple lines, the minimum win is a fraction of the minimum bet. The returns on those games are horrible... Very very top heavy... 5 of a kind pays $1 on a $2 bet on some of the games... Pretty bad.
