When the Ten Count (2-9=+1 and 10's and picture cards=-2, aces are not counted) is minus and more 8's and/or 9's are depleted more than normal (eight of them in each deck or one out of 6.5 cards), bet Player.
the dragon side bet (as I said earlier) is countable but not worth your time compared to blackjack because it is such a longshot bet. the fact that it is a longshot means you cannot bet much on it and you will invariably have more opportunity playing a good blackjack game. the fastest way to grow your bankroll is to bet your advantage, so with a 1% advantage u bet .7% (multiply ur advantage by .7 to account for the fact that there are splits and doubles, blackjack is not really an even money game). any higher than that is counter productive and highly risky. even betting full kelly is not really recommended (quite a rush tho), so multiply your bet by .5 so at 1% advantage u now bet .35% of your bankroll. this will suffice for medium size bankrolls, for huge ass liferolls (six figures) you should be even more cautious and multiply by .5 again (1/4 kelly). to determine your precise advantage at a given true count you should of course simulate the blackjack game you are playing using the CVCX software found at qfit.com, a steal at $100 or w/e norm is charging these days (he offers great support as well). this software is also invaluable for comparing various count games and determining which one best suits your own particular needs.

i was playing with this guy a few days ago and he didn't know how to play he tried to hit on 19 but we stopped him. after a while i would just play his hand for him, tapping the table or waving and he would mimic me. always fun to help out a noob.
ARCANGELO where do play? What are the conditions there (does the dealer hit on 17? can you double after you split? How many decks do they use? How many decks do they cut off? Can you double any 2 cards? Any surrenders? Does the dealer take a hole card?) You may wish to acquire a six deck shoe, discard try and 6 decks of cards and practice at home for a while.

no baccarat is not countable. the eor of a ten or ace is negligible on any bet.
The EOR for any card is negligible, period. You can count baccarat but you'd need a huge TC (I calculated it once, like +17 or something) before you had the advantage on any bet.
So just find someplace that will let you spread 1:1,000,000, drink a potion of immortality, then play 24/7 for several decades before pushing in a 1,000,000 unit bet at a +.000001 advantage.
