if you could play that day, a few hours, and never going on that place ever again. Let's say in a non particular crowded night with a maximum bet of $100 dollars, which spread would you use?

If you have no longevity concerns and no long-term considerations, table min to table max.

But aside from that one night, consider that many casinos share information, so even if you're only at that casino one night, it may impact you at other casinos at other nights.
