I'm partial to word games, because a) I'm decent at them and b) luck usually plays less of a factor than it does in some of the other games. Worldwinner's Chuzzle, for example, seems to have a big luck element. Being good at it is important, but it's quite possible for someone who's never played it more than a couple of times before to come out on top of a tournament over experienced players just because they got lucky and a huge, high-scoring cascade occurred.

WW's two biggest games based on daily prizes awarded are Bejeweled 2 and Solitaire Rush, or at least those were the two best as of a few months ago when they were publishing daily per-game prize numbers. They don't release those any more. The best word game is Scrabble Cubes.

Wheel of Fortune is having a big tournament coming up in September, with a top prize of $30,000 and a total purse of $100,000.

Loveskillgaming, did you hear the most recent stuff? Without making any anouncement at all Worldwinner canceled the Wheel of Fortune tournament. It wasn't something they said they might be doing, it was something they said they were definately doing. People are p.o.'d. They didn't even tell the players. Someone just noticed it was gone from the schedule and asked and they said yup they had taken it off. Did they think people were gonna forget about it?
Look, here's the original anouncement.

I made a ton at king.com before I got banned. Got a little too greedy an multiaccounted. Still, is (or at least was) quite exploitable. Never tried other sites though. Maybe I should....

4.3K is the biggest single win. A few other 1K+ days playing Worldwinner premium tourneys.

For Wheel, the cheapest tournament right now is a 2-player .75 cent tournament. Winner gets a whopping $1.10. There's a 5-player $1 tournament where winner gets $3.75, on up to a 12-player tournament with a $20 entry fee, winner takes $140, second place takes $60.

Offerings in Hangmania and Family Feud aren't as good because they're not as popular.

I made a few k back in the skilljam days mostly playing ZUMA. Also was ok @ tetris and some weird football patterning/reflex game that no one really played.

The games might get pretty repetitive, but there are (or at least were) plenty of fish entering Zuma donkaments with little or no chance of winning. Also its fun.

Also I think I beat raptor of twoplustwo fame @ zuma a few times for a few bucks. Holla.

ya, I played "high stakes". I had to play the best in the world for $10. Poker is better, $10 = donks.

This. I can grind my life away on PS and Tilt but not play Hangman for money?

I blame Blagojevich. Even though it's probably not his fault, it's way too easy and way too satisfying to blame him for anything and everything.

What kind of a roll do u need to start this if you want to try and make a little money. Just wondering if there are bankroll rules like there are for other games like poker and blackjack.

Never made any money with skillgaming, but did play on the sites a little bit in the past just for fun.

A few questions:
1) I been on king.com a long time ago, but when I check the site now, it looks so diiferent, is it still a site you can make money at? I feel it is a free site now aimed at children, the way it looks now.

2) is worldwinner your main site?

3) you mentioned earlier that key is to play good when you still have beginner rank. I assume you don't have beginner rank anymore, how do you still make money? do you keep on making new accounts?

1 -- King.com moved to royalgames.com now. They use their King.com page to promote their "freemium" mobile games instead.

2. I am banned on Worldwinner. RoyalGames is my main site now. GameDuell is another.

3. There are certain ways to make money at higher ranks, the most straightforward of which is to simply get good enough at a few games that you can compete even in very high ranks. Another risk-free option is to play the daily free game at GameDuell, then try to run those winnings up.

Bump for 2019. Really trying to find anyone else who makes money through any sort of skill gaming, advantage gaming, etc. Is there anyone out there?

The current state of things for me:

1. RoyalGames.com: small profits
2. GameDuell.com: small profits; free game each day
3. MyPrizePicks.com: very +EV if/when you can get a 100% deposit bonus (sign up with promo code 014205 to get a free 2-teamer right off the bat)
4. Live poker: still soft
5. Online poker: not so soft

Other sites I am checking on:
6. MonkeyKnifeFight: like MyPrizePicks, but without the 100% bonuses except for when you first sign up; this hasn't yet been profitable for me
7. Worldwinner/GSN: Still banned on this site :-(
8. Lincoln/Liberty/Intertops Casinos (all run the same software) -- for a time, their daily tournaments were +EV, Liberty will give you a free $20 per month with coupon code LIBGIV12 to try to run it up. Worth a peek.

Made only $6000 last year doing this, my worst year in almost a decade. Anyone know of any other sites or opportunities out there?

Why'd worldwinner ban you? That bought out skilljam from long ago right? I haven't played any skill games in a long time.

Oh now I remember it became king.com which became something else lol.

By far the best opportunity to make serious money is playing LIVE baccarat.
Fortunately it's not considered a skill game.

I think WorldWinner did buy out skilljam and boxerjam way back in the day. King.com became royalgames.com and has always been separate from WW.

Was winning a ton back in the day on WW and got banned for having too many unplayed games just to try to lock up a win. I would ruthlessly fill all the remaining spots in a tourney if I had 1st place locked up, not allowing anyone else to play. Long story.

I'm into game development myself, had a few questions if you don't mind:

Most of these games look like the cheesy iPhone game types on initial glances. Which ones did you play the most often to make money at if you don't mind sharing? Are there any game types that had/have greater mass appeal or scalability iyo? Any poker-esque games with skill+luck+leveling and/or incomplete information? Also a lot of these games I swear could be botted/googled fairly efficiently, is that not an issue here? I couldn't see that kind of thing posted on their FAQs.

Down to chat a bit on telegram or something for a bit if you have a few moments
