Curious which of the 3 games you like playing? I did some research and it seems that the house edge is higher in that order, so UTH being best and Let It Ride being the worse for the player. Also wondering if hitting a royal is the same odds for all, does it make a difference drawing 3 cards vs 2 cards and matching with the corresponding community cards?

I think they are all a 2% or better house edge. Probably best to just avoid these games all together unless you have free play which is probably best spent on video poker or banker at baccarat.
IF you have to play one of them than yes, UTH is the best out of the 3

If there is one with Mississippi studd available I vote that.
If you dont chase in Mississippi or Let it Ride those can be very good games.

I don't like 3 card poker because there's no decision making-you bet and then you double your bet if you like your hand. UTH is much more interesting in that regard because you can bet up to 4x, and have decisions on every street. Not to mention, the 6 card bonus hands a more difficult to hit than in UTH where it's 7.

I remember asking Sklansky many years ago what the progressive has to be at Caribbean Stud to be +EV. He said around 3 million.
