as a general rule, it's best to stick to limp-only strategy at first, there are some spots in 3handed and 4handed or CO vs BTN where you should raise preflop, but by raising you take away your limp/shove option and you will also be forced to play OOP in spots where your oponent knows big flops help you but 679 type of flops don't.

Is orange calculator any good? What do you use to study the game? Have some experience with the game but planning to take it more seriously.

Its good to enter ranges versus ranges and to see what equity they have. If you dont know in some spots whether or not your hand has enough equity versus villains range then Orange calculator is very good to solve that problem. However, I do not see how it can be used in order to study game in fundamental sense.

In order to improve I would recommend:

Free:
- watching how streamers play and trying to grasp the idea how they think about the game, about different spots etc. (https://www.twitch.tv/santazzzua (content in Russian only though));
- engaging in discussions about strategy, hh etc. here, in 6+ group at discord and other places;
- Reviewing own hands and trying to judge them critically - could you have played this spot any different, what would you have achieved then etc.
- Trying to find study partner who wants to study the game also and plays similar stakes as you (different opinions and perception always is good).

Paid:
- Preflop GTO charts (should be mandatory purchase if taking game even a bit serious);
- HUD, if playing @ PS (should be mandatory purchase if taking game even a bit serious);
- Strategy video's;
- Coachings

Then for more advanced players, I would recommend:
- starting to study GTO (multiway Solver, preferably) or at least GTO+ (not very expensive, HU solver)

Hope this helps!

Orange Calculator is well worth it, I think it was like 35usd, there is also a free similar version https://sixplusholdem.com/odds-calculator/ , and GTO+ is also well worth the 75usd or so, considering you can build HU preflop ranges and look at any postflop 1v1 spot

Unfortunately at the moment - No!

There were some but not streaming anymore, I really liked KatrinSAUFEN but he is into crypto now.

Hope 6+ gets more popular and new streamers start streaming (kinda what we are trying to achieve)

I would say it strongly correlates to stack depths, in 40-60 ante depths it is hard to develop a proper RFI Strat, while in very deep scenarios it is IMO mandatory to develop one, and it should be a mix of premium hands and suited connector type hands, as the best strategies at deeper stacks will be mixed Strats. A lot of hands are going to want to play limp only, but a decent portion of the range is going to want to mix limp and RFI

that is talking about cash games, in MTT we are still going to be heavier on RFI
