Hi everyone, i have started playing short deck recently, i am an mtt player, but I am putting one hour a day into playing short deck.
Since I play in italy, in a restricted poker country, the field is still very easy especiallly at nl 50 and 100, also 200 but sometimes I feel a bit unconfortable playing big pots.
I have a very diffrent approach to the game, since players are very weak, i avoid going all in preflop sometimes, and try to go post flop playing pots and less variance.
Now as the title says, i have hard times playing with stack size over 200 bigs, especially when there are assymetrical stack sizes.
1- should we adjust our opening size?
( i usually open pot 3 handed when unopened, and adding a few blinds when more players have limped)
2- it happen to me today,nl200 limped KK utg 300x, limp hj and co, and bu fish deepstack, ISO 20, i raise 90, we are heads up, and i just check fold the flop on AQT against a large bet.
Its very hard to approach this spot , since you never want to play 300x with top pair, or even 2p on a connected board. I would you approach.
Better quit the table and then back in 100x?
3- is there any section to discuss hands, win rates? Any good way to study the game better?
4- i am very weak in defening hands post flop against aggressive regs i notice a few when they ISO they just bombs high flops, like AKQ and evry time with AJ i am just going to call and fold turn for example.

You are using very messy bankroll management. Those stats are from all levels mixed and it's probably because there aren't enough tables in the poker room where you play, but it's no excuse. I don't know how hard NL50-100 will be in the room you play, nor what criteria you use to think it is a soft level (because there are very few hands and you don't know if it is a mini-up). Minimum to know if you are a winner at a level would have to be 50k-75k hands.

You have to play with 150-200buyin from a level and not move until you get to the next.
