Hello.
I'm in need of urgent assistance. Suddenly H2N is closing every few minutes with the message that SN is used on other machine.
I will appreciate any help

Hello,

Could you do the following:

1. Close Hand2Note

2. Login to your account https://hand2note3.hand2note.com/Account/Login

3. Click on "Reset serial login data"

4. Launch Hand2Note

That will fix that issue.
