Hello,

Winamax client crashing and closing since today after H2N update.

Yesterday it was worked perfectly. Now it is crushing, i tried to start Winamax first and H2N after and on the contrary.

Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

We are aware of the issue and will fix it soon.



Please try to rollback H2N to the previous version according the instruction.
1. Please turn On the checkbox here:



2, Find the previous update of Winamax


3. Click on the sign of three dots and rollback


Or try to install the new version of Winamax

Perhaps double check the "disable auto-update" button ? I miss clicked that one at my first attempt...

the mistake i made when doing rollback was i scrolled down to the first 3 dots and clicked rollback, but you need to go down until april 19th (winamax) and do the rollback. it seems to work now

Please reinstall Hand2Note using this guide http://hand2note.com/Help/pages/Trou...einstallation/

Step 2 save your settings (The following folders Config,Notes,MarkedHands)

You can skip database deletion.

H2N HUD not working with new Winamax client since hell of time now PT4 work and it's so old, so you have no excuse as i give 20dol per months

Just how long does it take to fix this bug?

I havendthad to reinstal h2n witihin 4 years, that I have used it, never had any problems unitl now
I am afraid I do something wrong and i will end up losing 4 years worth of my data.

After reinstalling h2n and rerolling, winamax is not crashing anymore - so that problem is fixed.

But now i am not geting any new data.

You need to cofigure auto import for old Winamax client:

1) In Winamax client please open Tools->Options->Game

The old Winamax client is no longer available

I have the same problem, since the winamax update with the obligation to use the playground, systematically Winamax closes when H2N is open.

it show the hud only dont change stacks and positions using it with a non dynamic hud on winamax untill this is fixed but i may cancel my subscription hand2note is awesome but theres always some kind of bugs

its working ok on rollback to the 18 august but everytime i restart my pc i have to roll it back again

You have to try to use the latest Winamax update.

Please update Hand2Note up to the latest version 3.3.1.46 (also make sure you have disabled the "Disable rooms compatibilty auto updates" option in Configuration-> HUD then restart Hand2Note) and make sure again you have configured Autoimport correctly (sometimes settings get lost after updating):

If it doesn't help, please close Hand2Note and reinstall your poker room client. After that run Hand2Note first and then run your room as administrator.


Please turn off the Winamax playground.

Hi

There has been problems with winamax hud since August - Hud randomly disappears and sometimes you have to drag tables to correct places manually(when I play heads up)

But now HUD won't appear at all. In the morning it was fine
