I am having problems with 3man Deglingos SNGs with new Winamax SW last two months. Those SNGs are same as Expressos, just the prizepool is fixed. HUD is always stucked in one position all the 3handed phase and i one position in HU phase (did not switch between positions despite it was working mostly correctly on Expressos). Statistics are changing, just the position is stucked.

At the moment after the last update HUD does not work on winamax, our technicians are fixing this problem.
In order for positional/dynamic HUD work you must have an active EDGE or PRO subscription and make sure you are using the latest version of Hand2Note (3.3.1.46).

I know, dynamic HUD was working to me correctly on Expresso, but not on Deglingos despite it is same tournament, fixed prizepool should be the only difference.
I have Edge (3.3.1.46) with dynamic HUD Spinfire. Everything was working correctly with old Winamax client, including Deglingos.

When we release the fix for Winamax, could you please provide us with the additional information :

Close Hand2Note

Delete old log files and all subfolders in the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs

Run Hand2Note, Enable all logging options in Configuration -> Other Options -> Logging, click "Save"

Make a short video to demonstrate that your positional stats work correctly on Expresso, but at the same time they do not change on Deglingos tables.

Archive the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\ with all subfolders and send to us support@hand2note.com. Also attach the video file to the email.

You can use any convenient file sharing service, for example, http://www.dropbox.com/, if the file exceeds 15MB

We will investigate the problem and if we find some errors, we will fix them in the next updates

Dynamic HUD doesn't work on winamax anymore(expressos)? or do I need to configure my setings?
I just extened my subscription.
Hand2note 3.3.1.43 EDGE

edit: needed to switch profile to spincoin PRO, I think it's kinda working now

We have released an update of the Winamax with fixes

Please update Hand2Note up to the latest version 3.3.1.46 (also make sure you have disabled the "Disable rooms compatibilty auto updates" option in Configuration-> HUD then restart Hand2Note) and make sure again you have configured Autoimport correctly (sometimes settings get lost after updating):

If it doesn't help, please close Hand2Note and reinstall your poker room client.
After that run Hand2Note first and then run your room as administrator.

1. Make sure you have the latest version of Hand2Note 3.3.1.51 installed.

2. Check if your Hand2Note modules is up-to-date for Winamax :



2. You must turn Playground mode off for HUD to work properly.

Definitely include this part in the website's guide to how to set up Winamax. Went through the whole add h2n to the list of exclusion, restarting computer, router, etc. Maybe it is already and I haven't seen it but this solved a problem for me.
