I'm using HN3, and when I'm importing converted hands from GG, it takes too long, like 12 minutes to upload around 3k hands (daily hands from GG).
The timer keeps counting but the speed is 0h/s and 0 hands processed, and after some while (always around 10min), it goes normally.
This only happen when uploading GG hands, this doenst occur when upload Party Poker hands (also converted with the same software).
I'm using in a SSD btw and the building stats goes very fast after the loading hands process...
I heard about deleting the log paste should fix it but I never did, it has 17gb and idk how it would impact in the loading hands (not building hands).

Unfortunately, H2N3 does not support either GG Network or Party poker.

We recommend to download Hand2Note 4 and import the hands from GG or Party Poker directly without using any converters. It is not necessary to uninstall H2N3 - both programs are independent from each other and use different databases. Just don't launch them at the same time.

In case you have any issues regarding the work of third-party converters, it is better to contact the developers of this converter. We can not guarantee the accuracy of importing such convertered hands, especially for rooms that are not supported.

The hand is already converted and looks like a PS tournament, and it works perfectly, the problem is not in the hand, you didnt even tried to understand the problem, I'm tired of people, whatever.

If hands are converted to the PS format, it does not guarantee that such hands will be imported correctly into H2N.

As mentioned above, unfortunately, GG Network and Party are not supported in H2N3. Therefore, when importing converted hands obtained from third-party services, you may encounter hanging issues.

If such an issue occurs, questions should be directed to the developer's website of this converter. Unfortunately, we cannot fix this from our side.

Try downloading H2N4 and importing hand history files in the original format, and there should be no issues with hanging.

But you can delete the C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs folder if its size is bothering you; it will not affect the H2N functionality in any way.
