Support: Edge Subscription Conversion?

Hi there! I have an edge subscription in HTN3 with 272 days left--will this be able to convert to a H2N4 subscription? I have made an account using the same email on the H2N4 website, and nothing has ported over--I still show trial when opening the new H2N4.1.

Hello,
Currently, it's still possible to purchase subscriptions for both Hand2Note 3 and Hand2Note 4. Each program operates independently, and a subscription to one does not affect the functionality of the other.
When support for Hand2Note 3 is fully discontinued, if you have remaining active subscription days, a solution will likely be offered at that time.
However, at this moment, there is no option to transfer an active subscription from Hand2Note 3 to the new version.
