Hello,
You can open Windows Task Manager and keep track of memory usage, if it goes to 100% it can crash.
Please try the following:
Please reinstall Hand2Note using this guide
http://hand2note.com/Help/pages/Trou...einstallation/
Step 2 save your settings (The following folders Config,Notes,MarkedHands)
You can skip database deletion. However if the issue will persist please delete the folder with your database
C:/Users/YourUsername/AppData/Roaming/Hand2Note/h2ndb
After deletion you will have to reimport your hands. You can find all the processed hand histories in the archive folders. By default, the archive folder is
C:\MyHandsArchive_H2N, but the path can also be changed in auto-import settings. Hand histories from Chinese apps and other rooms that don't require auto-import settings are stored in
C:\Hand2NoteHH.
