Hi, I want to purchase Hand2Note in the near future, I play on Bovada.

I had a current hand2note owner try to import my hand histories for me (the raw hand history files downloaded straight from the bovada client), and it's not working for them. The files wern't zipped or anything. There's no error. It just doesn't seem to recognize any HHs in the files. It does seem to open and go through all the files though as it's counting them up in import process but it doesn't pick them up.

He does not have any experience importing bovada hand histories if there's anything weird/special that needs to be done for that site

What could be going wrong?

Hello. Perhaps your hands are received with the help of a hand catcher. And you are trying to download unsupported files.

Hand2Note now works with the Bovada and captures hand history directly from Internet traffic. We have not received any complaints about Hand2Note working with the Bovada. Besides, as soon as you install Hand2Note you will have 30 days trial version and will be able to test it in full.

Thanks for the info i did not realize there was a free trial. I am trying it.

They are not from a hand catcher, they are downloaded from the place in the image below, straight from the client, and Hand2Note is not importing them correctly. I tried myself, it's not working. I do not understand why the program cannot read the default hand history format from this site

Another thing I could do is import my hm3 database, but I can't seem to figure out how to do that. There doesn't seem to be any info online other than a broken forum link i can't read. How can I do this?

Also I can't seem to be able to import a pt4 database of my ignition hands either? Why not?

Yes, you can download hands from PT4, you can use export feature from PT4, and download hands to H2n. We didn't check the files witch you get from this option from Bovada. But Bovada is supported by H2n.

I do not believe your program works with these hand histories.

I imported my hands into Hand2Note via another program which converted them to pokerstars format, so I do not currently need any more assistance.

However, I am dissapointed your program does not understand how to read these hand histories, and hope you can write some code to read them properly. It is not a difficult task.

Try updating the program and creating a new database.

Experiencing the same issue. My downloaded hands from ignition aren't importing.
