I am on Partypoker New Jerey which is supposedly supported by H2N4, but it is showing some errors even after troubleshooting.



First error - Hands are logged but HUD does not show any data. This is after resetting HUD and rebuilding database

you can see screenshot below, where the HUD shows no stats, even though for Hero its registering hands and VPIP/PFR



When I open the same hand in the H2N replayer, all the stats show up as normal for this same hand:



Out of my few tries rebuilding database, sometimes the HUD will show for the first table BUT with the bug that #1 - the dynamic HUD shows as static on the first table opened (North Brunswick) with no popups and #2 -dynamic HUD on second table works as intended but has blank stats.

Is Partypoker accepted again?
I just want to import the hands.
Now the way to export the hands is by going to the My Game section and clicking on export hands.
on that place the hand returns with a lot of extra info.

I imported the folder with the file, without changing anything and it appeared a message informing the correct number of hands...
but the session and statistics weren't updated with these hands


I believe it's necessary to separate the hands 1 by 1 inside the document and prepare the file before importing it to h2n4
or am I missing something ?

HUD on Party is allowed only on some reservations: Party.fr , BetMGM, Party.nj.

You have to configure auto-import for rooms on the Party poker platform.


1. Make sure that the room is running in English.
2. Right click on room icon and select - Open File Location.
3. Then open the internal folder with the name of your poker room:




4. Copy the entire path, including the HandHistory folder:



5. Add this path to Hand2Note settings: Configuration - Auto Import -> Add auto import folder...
