I have few questions:

1. padding - is it possible to make space between stats smaller?
2. separator - is it possible to add separator between stats? (like "/")
3. is it possible to remove "..." after nickname if nickname is set to fewer characters

Ok thank you. I got most of it except we didn't understand each other about nickname.
So, let's say full nickname is: "Screenname". If I put Max Length: 3. It will be Scr...
Is it possible to look just Scr and not Scr...?

No, it is not possible to remove these dots after the nickname.

You can do this with the lower border for the top cells.

"Color depends on another stat" - is it possible to make that color of one expression stat depends on another expression stat?

EDIT:

Actually, I am also not sure how that works. When I check "color depends on another stats" and set that stat, color is always white.

Color depends on other stats allows to select a stat which determines a color of a stat according to Color Ranges
