Unfortunately, the latest update to the PokerKingAsia app has caused issues with the HUD not working in both versions of Hand2Note.

You can help us resolve the problem by providing us with additional information. Could you please do the following:

1. Close Hand2Note.
2. Delete the log folder from C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs.
3. Run Hand2Note.
4. Reproduce the issue and record a short video or take some screenshots so we can see the emulator with PK running and your PC's time.
5. Close Hand2Note.
6. Zip the folder with the new logs C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs along with all subfolders.
7. Send us the logs folder (from step 6) and the video from step 4 to support@hand2note.com.
