my hand2note loses samples

h2not loses his hands.
I noticed that I played the b/b/b s line in a spr pot, or any other, and then I can?t find this hand in my statistics.
Also, the stats in the range research for me and my friend are different in the same conditions.
What could be the problem? Tried different popups, the problem persists.
I set my base to my friend's x2note and saw another picture with the same stats, more samples

Occasionally Hand2Note may lose some hands while playing in Asian rooms due to the specificity of the process of gathering hands from these apps.
Hand2Note team has been working hard to improve stability, and losses do not exceed 1-2% of the total number of hands. Losses occur at random points in time, so it practically does not affect the overall result and, most importantly, stats values on a big sample.
A few things you can do to reduce the probability of losses:
Use stable internet connection
Keep Hand2Note updated
Keep Windows updated
Add Hand2Note into your antivirus exceptions list
Always run Hand2Note and emulator as administrator
