I am a MTT player that play mostly on two platforms right now, PokerStars and Party Poker. I used to play on 888poker and none of these issues happenned when playing there. Let's go.


PartyPoker

PartyPoker doesn't naturally integrate with H2N, so I have to download the hand history and import on H2N. But when I import, three issues I noticed:

---- H2N doesn't recognize results, as they are all marked as 0 prizes, -100% ROI. Is there a way to fix that?


---- Sometimes H2N misrepresents a MTT tournament for a STT tournament:



--- H2N also misrepresents evBB/100 on all-in preflop spots

For example:



All-in preflop, TT x A9o, obviously TT has an EV advantage here, but here's like H2N represent the situation evBB-wise



And the list goes on, all of them goes all-in pre:







Not a huge deal, right?


Actually this add up, giving me an extra work to leakfind later on my studies.

Unfortunately, Hand2Note doesn't support PartyPoker Network since June 17, 2019, due to PartyPoker has eliminated hand histories during the game.
At the moment you can import hands manually but winnings and EV may be incorrect.
Perhaps, we will be able to fix it in the future in H2N4, there is no ETA right now

What about PokerStars only showing first entry?

Please update Hand2Note up to the latest version 3.3.1.46 and make sure again you have configured Autoimport correctly (sometimes settings get lost after updating):


Please first check if PS client is saving Hands and that autoimport folders set in Hand2Note Configuration->Autoimport settings are matching folders in PS client

If you are playing tournaments for PS you have to add two folders in total Hand history folder and tournament summaries folder



Hello, I have the same issues regarding pokerstars as the OP. My Auto-import is set up as described, H2N is on verson 3.3.1.46. Also, the HUD doesn't update mid-tournament, it just shows all players as having 0 hands played, so there is an issue with the imported hands. Would appreciate if you know of any further steps i can take to fix this situation.

Hello, I have followed that article, without any success unfortuntely. I think the hands aren't even imported or processed, because in order to get the results from the tourneys I play I have to clear and build stats every time.
