Hello,

H2N works pretty well now on go fast tables, but it sometimes misses a change : here you can see that players have the huds of the previous table (see beginning of nicknames) :



Is there a way to refresh hud when I see that ?

Hello,

Please check the following

1) Hand2Note version
Spoiler:
Please make sure that you are using the latest Hand2Note version which is 3.3.1.32This option should be turned off to receive required room updates automatically:(In case if it was turned On , please turn it off and restart your Hand2Note)


If your Hand2Note version is older than 3.3.1.32 please use this guide to update your Hand2Notehttp://hand2note.com/Help/pages/Upda...rsion-updating



2) Winamax autoimport settings
Spoiler:

In Winamax client please open Tools->Options->Game

After please add this folder inside Hand2Note autoimport settings



3) Please do the following:

Please install all the latest windows updates

Turn off or uninstall your antivirus if you have one

Add room folder and hand2note folder to the windows exclusions https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...4-c301afe13b26

Restart

Always launch Hand2Note and your room as an administrator

Sit down and play few hands

Thank you, I've done all that now but it still seldom happens.

See this morning when I played this hand


The hud is not correct in game, though it is in the replayer :


Is there a known issue with go fast ? Perhaps due to multi tabling ? (I had 2 tables opened)

Thank you we are preparing some updates for Winamax. You can try to reopen the table and check it.

Since the update of 15/01/2022 crashes the software, this was not a good one and I had to rollback. Now I'm back to previous conditions with some hands still missing a hud here and there (I'd say around 5% though I didn't count). Any update patch in preparation ?

There was an update on the 18th and I was surprised to see that

- it cancelled my option "disable room compatibility auto update"
- it did update
- it does not crash the client anymore
- there are still some missing hands like this one where only one opponent (BB) has its correct hud :




All the other players have the wrong hud (check nicknames in the middles), and it happen to be huds of the previous hand



This seldom happens in game with 2 tables opened, and it always happens if I oppen 2 tables at the same time using wina option "number of games" with more than one table :





which leads to an inversion of the 2 tables :

I did and sent an email to support, I hope that can be fixed since it is really disturbing when I realize I choosed an action according to hud profile that was someone else's !
