I've created a hud and have assigned popups to a few stats. In Configuration> Popup on stats, when I have Open assigned popup by left mouse click enabled, the popups appear without any issue. However, when I disable this option, the popup stats do not appear. The delay is set to 300ms. Any reason why the popup window wouldn't display at all?

There could be an issue with assigning popups where when you unassign a custom popup, the default one will not appear whatever you try. In this case you need to completely delete and recreate the cell with this stat.
Alternatively try to Disable Popups by clicking on the small H2N icon at the table. Wait for a few minutes, play a hand or two and then Enable popups again through the same H2N icon.
