After the last update H2N is importing hh in the right way but hud not showing, doesn't appear on the table

Hi, try installing the latest updates for H2N.

As already said even with the latest update it does not work.

I tried everything, rollback, old version, change auto import etc

The hand histories are imported (in reports there are) BUT the hud NEVER appears on the tables.

Please check the following:

1)Please make sure that you are using the latest Hand2Note version which is 3.3.1.43 or newer

This option should be turned off to receive required room updates automatically:
(In case if it was turned On , please turn it off and restart your Hand2Note)



Please install all the latest windows updates
Turn off or uninstall your antivirus if you have one
Add room folder and hand2note folder to the windows exclusions https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...4-c301afe13b26
Restart
Always launch Hand2Note and your room as an administrator
Sit down and play few hands

Same as OP, tried everything suggested, still doesent work. Didnt play for two weeks, when I got back, hands are being imported but HUD is not showing. Playing Jackpot tournaments on Ya poker.

Yes, Unfortunately jackpot tournaments currently are not working. We are working on the fix. Most likely it will be released in the upcoming days.

Meanwhile you try to rollback Hand2Note and to test it on previous Winning Poker Network modules

Instructions to rollback to the previous WInning poker network module:

Spoiler:

1.First please turn on this option, to stop automatically installing new updates:



2. After that click on the updates bottom right corner of the Hand2Note,

Find the "Winning Poker Network" module that you want to rollback to (you can try 1.0.2.29 and older module versions) , click on 3 dots and click on Rollback.
