Hello. If you are using Hand2Note 3, please follow these steps:
1. You need to check the Hand2Note version.
Please make sure that you are using the latest Hand2Note version which is 3.3.1.62 (the version can be found in the lower right corner of the program).
If your Hand2Note version is older than 3.3.1.62 please use this guide to update your Hand2Note

2. This option should be turned off to receive required room updates automatically:
(In case if it was turned ON, please turn it OFF and restart your Hand2Note)
3. You need to check the auto-import settings according to these instructions:

If the problem exists, please try to follow this instruction:

If it doesn't help, please close Hand2Note and reinstall your poker room client.
After that run Hand2Note first and then run your room as administrator.
