Hello,

My HUD is not populating with any data, while Im playing ACR. Any tips?

Hello. If you are using Hand2Note 3, please follow these steps:

1. You need to check the Hand2Note version.
Please make sure that you are using the latest Hand2Note version which is 3.3.1.62 (the version can be found in the lower right corner of the program).

If your Hand2Note version is older than 3.3.1.62 please use this guide to update your Hand2Note

2. This option should be turned off to receive required room updates automatically:
(In case if it was turned ON, please turn it OFF and restart your Hand2Note)


3. You need to check the auto-import settings according to these instructions:

If the problem exists, please try to follow this instruction:

If it doesn't help, please close Hand2Note and reinstall your poker room client.

After that run Hand2Note first and then run your room as administrator.


If none of this helped and if you purchased this hud/popup, please contact the author of the hud to check the settings and license.

my wpn hud has been very stop and go as well. it will usually work after closing/restart but then at some point in the session will stop updating/the hud on the tables will be frozen and new tables wont have a hud. everything is updated. this is h2n4

Could you please update Hand2Note 4 following these instructions:

​1. Close all poker rooms.
2. Restart Hand2Note.
3. Click on Updates section and install the latest updates in these tabs:

​Hand2Note
​Rooms Integration
Wining Poker Network

If updates are not installed for some reason, most likely the module is running in the background, you can try to find all Hand2Note related processes in Task Manager and force close, or just reboot your PC.
