Hello, this week Poker Stars updated their software and after that h2n hud doesnt load on tables. Hand histories are store everything else is fine just the hud doesnt start. Anoyone else have the same problem?

Hello. Make sure you have auto-import set up correctly

Also make sure you have the checkbox in Config - HUD - "Enable HUD with hand history converters" activated.

Please check the following:

1. Hand2Note version should be 3.3.1.31 and all automatic updates should be installed

3. If it doesn't help, please try to rollback the PS client as described here:

In case if you can't rollback to the previous PokerStars.es client version , please download working version here https://www.dropbox.com/s/x3wjynq2ul...44058.zip?dl=0

Replace with it the content of this folder C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars.ES , HUD should be working

After the update "add support to es client" it works for me aswell. I am on the .uk client however. Thanks for replying to this thread and trying to help.

Hey, Zoom HUD stopped working for me after latest PokerStars update on .eu client and the latest H2N update didn't help. HUD shows up fine on regular tables though. Rollback did fix the problem so I'm fine for now, but thought I should let you know there's still issues.
