I have a HUD and a Popup which are exact copies of each other. When I view certain stats in the Popup, they are populated with values and appear to be correct. However, when I view these same stats in the HUD, they are blank. I've updated my statistics twice and the issue is still present.

I'm playing on two different site simultaneously and for players who I've created aliases for it appears that the HUD stats (certain stats only) will be correct on one site but not the other. Meaning, when this player is playing on both sites, the stats populate correctly on one site and are blank on the other.

Hand count, bb/100, VPIP, PFR, 3b, etc are all correct across both. The stats that are incorrect are things like Overbet River as Bluff, etc.

As you can see, the stats on the left match up perfectly, however the stats on the right do not.

I've created an alias for this player to combine their stats from both sites.

if that happens for you only for opening HUD during playing on PokerStars then this might be because of the PokerStars restrictions http://hand2note.com/Help/pages/PokerstarsRestrictions/
