Problem displaying the HUD on Party.fr PMU.fr and 888. Can you help me?

Hello, if you are playing tournaments, unfortunately, there is currently no way to get the HUD to work on Party.fr. The developers will fix this issue in future updates.

1. Could you please click on Updates section and check if all the latest updates are installed in these tabs:

• Hand2Note
• Rooms Integration
• Party poker platform
• Pacific

2. After installing all updates, it is necessary to configure auto-import for rooms on the Party poker platform(PMU/Party), Additionally, ensure that the time in PMU client is set to CEST format.

• Make sure that the room is running in English.
• Right click on room icon and select - Open File Location.
• Then open the internal folder with the name of your poker room:



• Copy the entire path, including the HandHistory folder:



• Add this path to Hand2Note settings: Configuration - Auto Import -> Add auto import folder...



The full hand history path can be different depending on your poker room, usually as follows:

C:\PokerSites\theBorgata\BorgataPoker\HandHistory
C:\Programs\PartyEspana\PartyPokerES\HandHistory

3. Could you also please check the auto import settings for 888:

• First of all, make sure the room is running in English.
• Open 888 Settings -> Game settings.
• Check the box "Keep my hand history in".
• You have to add this folder to Configuration -> Auto Import - Add auto import folder:
