Hello,

I created stats that are "only for hero" to compare my stats to my opponents in game. It works fine on winamax, and on replayer, but not in game with pokerstars : H2N stores the session and the "seen hands" in the note icon, but does not show any stats for hero in game. Nevetheless, it does show stats in the replayer, as in screenshot below : "starification" which is my PS nickname has 0 hands on the white stat, while "hero" which aggregates all my hands on different nicknames (including "starification") has 150Kh . Is there something I can do about it ?

Hello. Make sure that you have set up the hud for the hero correctly according to these instructions:

If this is correct, please try removing your "starification" nickname from the common alias and rebuild the stats.

In case if you did put your nickname for Hero in Hand2Note->Configuration->Rooms->PokerStars please remove it and then rebuild stats.

Please try to test it with default HUD, please use default HUD. Add basic stats for Hero HUD for default HUD like VPIP and pfr http://hand2note.com/Help/pages/HUDF...ay-hud-on-hero

Then do this http://hand2note.com/Help/pages/Trou...tBeingUpdated/

And then test it with default HUD playing some hands.

Please check Hand2Note version

Please make sure that you are using the latest Hand2Note version which is 3.3.1.33

This option should be turned off to receive required room updates automatically:(In case if it was turned On , please turn it off and restart your Hand2Note)

Please first check if PS client is saving Hands and that autoimport folders set in Hand2Note Configuration->Autoimport settings are matching folders in PS client

Does this also the case for regular tables or only happens on zoom tables?

It works OK on regular tables BUT only on the few hands played tonight, instead of the 150 kh in database. I would assume to get at least all starification hands which are hundreds...

Hero HUD always starts from 0 on a new opened table. This is made to help to keep track better of the table dynamics and your table image.

OK so I guess this is a specific issue of zoom tables, unless I'm the only one to notice that ?

Not on winamax go fast table though : see screenshots above, on replayer I have the same amount of hands as in game on go fast tables.

This is not an issue. Hero HUD should starts from 0 on a new opened table. If you would like to see alltimes Hero stats you could do it in main window of H2N - just double click on your nickname.

I could agree that on classic tables. On zoom tables, this is absurd : each hand happens on a new table. As a result, hero stats remain at 0 while the "seen hands" counter does increment at each hand.

Fortunately, H2N considers that it should give the whole stats on go fast on winamax. Unfortunatly, H2N misses some hands in go fast.

There is still work to be done on both formats for the H2N development team, though Winamax bug seems more appealing to me.

Hello! I just checked and I have the hero's hands for all the time displayed in the zoom in the hud for the hero.

Please make sure that you have updated your PokerStars client and Hand2Note to version 3.3.1.33, and that you have a nickname in this section.

Both were ineffective.H2N 3.3.1.33, pokerstars version re-installed (where is the version ?)

Please try to reinstall it and test it on the default Hand2Note config

Step 2 save your settings (The following folders Config,Notes,MarkedHands)

You can skip database deletion.

Run Hand2Note in the default configuration (do not restore your config first), enter the license key and please configure autoimport (if it is required) and check if the problem persists that occurred before reinstalling.



For the testing purposes please create a new database http://hand2note.com/Help/pages/Data...65279;


Sit down at the tables and play some hands with a default Hand2Note settings and a HUD.If everything is working you can restore your settings.
