Hi. Thanks for the reply. No new hands are being recorded on PokerStars through Hand2Note. Have tried various things, seems to be since they updated it on Sunday. Maybe I need to change something else in the configuration or importing hands but not sure.
On Sunday after latest update some users where reported that their time zone setting broke.
If HUD is working for you but you can not find your results. Please open sessions tab in Hand2Note F4 and try setting date range interval to "all time" . You should be able to find your hands.
To Fix it. You need to configure time zone settings:

Then open Hand2Note sessions tab by pressing F4 set filter to display all time , please compare time on your PC with Hand2Note session start time.

If (Hand2Note -> Configurator -> Rooms->Your room) you have set 0 but the difference is 4 then please set 4 for your room Time zone shift
You should add difference to the value that you have set in Hand2Note -> Configurator -> Rooms-> Your room
Please make sure that you are using the latest Hand2Note version which is 3.3.1.33
This option should be turned off to receive required room updates automatically:(In case if it was turned On , please turn it off and restart your Hand2Note)
