I feel like I miss something easy, but hud isn't working. It works on clubgg desktop on classical setup with convertor and "old" h2n.

should I buy some subscription (looks like it isn't available for beta)?
should I also use convertor with h2n4?
should I add autoimport folder for clubgg? where should I find it? looks like there is no option to save HH in poker client.
should I buy their membership to get access to pokercraft and somehow get hands from it?
should I import some hud config?

Hello,

1. While the beta testing is ongoing, no keys or subscription are required to use Hand2Note 4. All program features are free, including playing on Asian apps.
2. A converter is not required to play on ClubGG.
3. There’s no need to configure anything, just sit at the table, and the HUD should appear automatically. Hands will also be imported automatically during the game.
4. You don’t need to purchase a subscription for PokerCraft. Currently, importing downloaded hands from PokerCraft on ClubGG is not supported, but we plan to add this ability in future updates.
5. Hand2Note includes three default HUD profiles, and you can use any of them that you like. Additionally, if you have custom HUDs in Hand2Note 3, you can convert and use them in Hand2Note 4 by following this guide:

If the HUD on ClubGG isn’t working for you, it’s likely that not all updates are installed. Could you please update Hand2Note 4 by following these steps:

1. Close all poker rooms.
2. Restart Hand2Note.
3. Go to the Updates section and install the latest updates in these tabs:

• Hand2Note.
• Rooms Integration.
• ClubGGDesktop.

If, for some reason, the updates are not installing, it’s likely that a module is running in the background. You can try finding all Hand2Note-related processes in the task manager and forcefully stop them, or simply restart your PC.
