Hi. I play on mainly stars/888/party. But usually its only one site at a time or two sites at once. So its usually only stars, or stars/888 or 888/party. I also play a lot of tables. I can do at least 12+ tables. But there are times where I can have 20 tables but that is rare.


I been using Hem2 for a long time and I like it. The thing is i like how i configured my hud. Basically its like 5 stats on 3 different lines so it looks like this

I dont label anything on each x because I know what each stat is.


I been mostly playing on party/888. As many of you know, the party software is really bad. I also play satellites there as well and since there are ton of table changes, well tables freeze quite a bit. I use stars/888/partycaption etc. When I was using hem2 with 888 and party, lot of client issues with freezing and crashing. Its basically unplayable for most players.


Now hem2 hud no longer work with 888 anymore. So I did a trial version of hem3... and there are tons of lagging and client crashes. But not only that... my party tables dont even reopen after these crashes. The only way it does is when i close hem3. But then i have no hud to use on 888. So unless i only play on party and not 888, then i need a hud.

Someone mentioned and recommended hand2note. So these are my questions.



1. Does your program use much cpu power? I know hem2 is intensive but hem3 is extremely intensive.



2. Do users who heavily multitable with hand2note running have issues with lagging of any sort like with hem3? Example i read there are ppl that 20+ table on stars etc. But since they have aurora now, well the lagging does happen. But will hand2note have any effect on it?



3. Is it possible to make the hud look exactly or similar to how my hud looks in hem2? I know i was able to do so in hem3 by like copying it. Because I see how the hud looks in pokertracker and im not a big fan of it. It is way too long.



4. Is it possible to get the overall reports similar to like hem2? I dont see any of those programs like leakbuster or notecaddy etc. I only want to look at overall reports.



5. Bit confused with the cost of it. It cost $19.90 a month if you want the base but $50 a month if you want the pro. But if those are the only sites i plan to play on and maybe WPN, then the first one would do? I don't need any special type of hud or anything like that. So its a monthly subscription or is it yearly? Do you pay it at once? All i want is a hud where i can configure to look exactly or similar to like how hem2 hud. And I want to see overall reports where i could see my vpip, pfr, aggression, flop cbet percent, fold to cbet percentage, bb/100 and Evbb/100.



6. Is hand2note the most popular hud right now? Again I used hem1 and hem2 for many years since it came out. I still remember pokertracker before that and I wasn't that big fan of it. For me, i just want a program where it doesnt lag my computer.

1. No, H2N doesn't need much cpu power.

what do you mean my database size? Thing is i want stats like vpip/pfr/agg factor.


Then other stats like 3bet, 3bet fold, flop cbet, turn cbet , fold flop cbet etc. So imagine around like 25 stats of 5 lines each in the hud.


When you say make the hud look exactly like hem2.... when you say do it yourself... what do you mean by that? I took a look at that page and its a bit confusing since you could order your private hud here. I just want those same 25 stats in my hud of 5 lines each in hem2... in this one if its possible. Those stats are regular stats like the ones i mentioned. Again thing is i don't want the hud to look like PT as it is really long lengthwise which wouldnt work for me since it would make block so many things on the actual table.



Wait so for wpn, you telling me you could use it free? I havent play much on wpn but you saying you dont even need to pay for it if you use free base subscription? Thing is i want the hud to work on 888 which is the big thing. Right now hem2 and its hud still works on stars.



What are the minimum specs that one should have though for their computer? My laptop is 5 years old... i5-6300hq but it has a 1tb ssd and 32gb ram. That should be more than enough to get it to work? Again hem2 rarely had issues.

I tried testing the trial period of this on stars. I didn't do anything to the settings as I read there is no need to even click import?

You should add to Hand2Note the same path as in the history settings of PokerStars, by default is C:\Users\Artem\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHistor y (in the screenshot it is just an example).

Okay so the hud appears to work now. However, how come the hud stats for me does not display? At the moment I only have the default hud so its only three stats.


I want to set up my hud like this like with hem2. I want to have 4 lines of stats and 4 rows each so hud looks like this for each player. Thing is the size of the current hud looks really big. The way I had set it up the hud for hem2, it was the correct size so there isn't much overlap etc.

Now every stat that is in HEM2 is in h2note right? I have trouble finding these as there seem to be so many stats there.

Please read these guides. You can order HUD for yourself, or buy a more advanced one.
Also you can create it yourself. You can open HUD editor F5. And copy needed stats from PokerMaster Default popup by opening a popup editor(then you just need copy them and paste inside your HUD)

Is it possible to make the layout of the hud look like the hud i had on hem 2 though myself? I am taking look at the link. I shouldn't have an issue adding stats to the hud like i did with hem 2, the issue is it seem bit tougher to find the stats but also, it would look much more different.



Like when i tested hem3 a while back, I copied the hud settings from hem2. The issue now though is I don't have any backups.


So example i want my hud to have these exact stats on these lines,

cbet flop%, cbet turn%, cbet river%, fold to 3bet%

Would you say this is simple enough for a hud? The thing is I have trouble finding all these stats but also I want it to look like hem2 which was a reason why I didn't want to go with Pokertracker before the hud layout looks completely different.



I typed in steal for stats. How come there isn't a steal stat like in hem? There is like call vs steal and many other things. Where is the steal percentage stat? The same with just wanting 3bet%. There are so many stats involving 3bet but I just want that number. All those stats that I posted above, how come its much more complicated? in HEM, you just look for total vpip, total prf and just add the stats. Also when you try to add a stat, it opens a window where it shows preflop, flop, turn and river. This seem very complicated.

Are those stats that I list above all available on here? I am reading the guide and it seems very confusing. I have a tough time finding the stats I want on the hud. I mean where is the steal percentage stat like in hem and cbet flop percentage? I type in con and there isn't like a continuation bet stat bu other ones that are more detail which is not what I want.

The statistics in Hand2Note may not have the same names as in HM2/HM3. Stats are better to search not through the search, and open the tree in the Hud Editor. Through the tree it is intuitive to know where the stats you need are located. For example, "Cbet" may be in the Postflop folder, etc:

I cannot even find the stat aggression factor. I did find 3bet which i assume is the total 3bet which is the stat I want. How do I even add it to my hud? I double click it... doesn't do anything. I go and drag it to like how that picture you show... do it... it doesn't work. Why can't i just add stats to each line and start a new line like my stats in hem ... like above?

I looked through the instructions and manual. I am confused why the setting up of a hud is so confusing here compared to HEM. I know this sites uses a lot less resources which i like.



But how come you can't just add stats in a hud like with hem or pokertracker? Such as pick a few stats, add a new line... then pick new stats... add new line etc.



I basically want the stats i posted in the previous post as my hud as those were the hud stats I used with hem. Also... i cannot believe there would be training needed to add stats into a hud. I was able to figure this out even by trial and error with HEM a while back. I would have thought this software would be simple in every way possible including setting up the hud...

I found out the exact layout of the HUD I want is the profile called


Tournament MTT on HEM 3.


It seems to be the layout that I used when using HEM 2 Hud. Is there this layout available on Hand2Note? I assume you have to buy it for it to look exactly like that? Because the layout of it is easy to look at if you play mtt. But if you were to add the stats individually... it wouldn't look that nice.

i don't need a custom hud creation. Couldn't i do this by myself? Example the current hud that i use on hem 2, i was able to mport that hud into hem 3 and it looks very similar. Even on pokertracker, there is a hud that look similar to hem two but not as good as i like. The way i want my hud to look is if you google Tournament MTT on HEM 3. So i can't do that myself?

Again, im confused why putting stats in the hud is so confusing with this program compared to hem and pokertracker. Those two programs you can add/remove stats very easily. Like someone else mentioned in another thread, how come so many common stats cannot be found here? i know it is mentioned this program doesn't use much ram etc so there won't be freezing etc but just creating a hud seems so confusing.



Also my trial version expired a while back but you mentioned you could use the base for free. But can you i have those stats above displayed as my hud with the free base version? Could not figure out how to even setup the hud here.



But for the base version, you cannot have your overall stats shown correct? Thus imagine your total vpip for the session or day or total? The same with the bb/100 and evbb/100? But you can use everything free on Wpn?

Try to read the manual carefully first. Creating a HUD in H2N is very simple and much more convenient than it is done in HM3/PT4. Also, creating a HUD in H2N has much more options than in other trackers.

It is also very easy to create statistics, read the manual for this.

If you are too lazy or you simply do not understand how to create a HUD yourself, then it is better to turn to us or someone else for help.
